File Formed Rings

Let’s learn to use our files in a creative way. We will create a beautiful set of stack rings using our jeweler’s files as texture tools. Techniques could also be applied in making bangle bracelets. Basic soldering skills would be helpful but are not required.

1/Wire Ornamental Bracelet

Using one piece of sterling silver and combining forging and sawing techniques we will design and create a beautiful and ornamental cuff bracelet. With a limited set of tools students will learn to apply traditional metalsmithing techniques to a unique and timeless piece.
